活化再生——扎兰屯市中东铁路历史街区城市设计实践

Activation and Regeneration:Urban Design Practice of Chinese Eastern Railway Historic Block in Zhalantun

由于历史原因,中东铁路沿线城镇火车站周边一般都是历史街区或历史建筑聚集地,所以面临老城更新改造的巨大压力。本文以扎兰屯小镇历史街区为研究对象,通过对中东铁路历史和文化价值的深度挖掘,从“时、空、人”3个维度对其进行解读,运用无人机遥感数字化集成技术,结合城市设计理论与方法对其保护要素进行识别和响应,提出“活化再生”保护与发展的平衡策略,以期为中东铁路沿线城镇历史街区的有机更新提供可资借鉴的经验。

For the historical reason,at the towns along Chinese Eastern Railway,the surrounding area of railway station are generally historic blocks or centralised region historic buildings;as the result,these areas are facing the huge pressure of urban regeneration.This paper studies on the Zhalantun historic block by deeply exploiting the history and culture values of Chinese Eastern Railway,from the three perspectives of time,space and people.Based on digital integration technology and combined with the urban design theory and methodology,this study aims at putting forward a kind of balancing strategy between protection and development,namely the"activation and regeneration",through the way of identifying and responding the conservation elements.In conclusion,this case-study research would provide worthy experience for the historic block conservation and organic renewal at the towns along the Chinese Eastern Railway.
