摘要
针对竖罐蒸馏炉使用天然气应用过程中出现的问题进行阐述分析,叙述了一种全新的侧面送气蓄热燃烧生产实践,同时指出了进一步工艺改进的方向。竖罐炼锌使用天然气替代煤气大幅降低燃料消耗,应进一步在操作自动化和温度控制智能化方面进行完善升级,大幅度节约能源,减少污染物排放,改善生产环境,为企业的可持续发展创造有利条件。
This paper elaborates and analyzes the problems in the process of using natural gas in the vertical retort,and describes a new production practice of side-feed gas regenerative combustion,and points out the direction of further process improvement.Although it reduces greatly fuel using natural gas instead of coal gas in Zinc vertical retort,it should be further improved and upgraded in terms of operation automation and temperature intelligence,greatly saves energy,reduces pollutant emissions,improves production environment,and creates favorable condition for the sustainable development of enterprise.
