奥美拉唑联合放疗对老年胃癌的治疗效果探究

Application of Omeprazole Combined with Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Gastric Cancer in Older Patients

目的探究奥美拉唑联合放疗对老年胃癌的治疗效果。方法选取2013年1月~2015年1月在辽宁中医药大学附属医院治疗的老年胃癌患者160例,分为单一放疗组和联合治疗组,各80例。单一放疗组给予放疗,联合治疗组在此基础上静脉滴注奥美拉唑。酶联免疫吸附法检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP 9)水平,散射比浊法检测P53蛋白表达,比较两组生活质量、治疗效率、不良反应发生率及生存情况。结果治疗后,与单一放疗组相比,联合治疗组VEGF、MMP9、P53水平均显著降低、生活质量各项评分均显著提高、3年和5年存活率均显著提高、总有效率显著提高、总不良反应率显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年胃癌患者给予奥美拉唑联合放疗治疗,疗效显著,可以延长患者的生存时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of omeprazole combined with radiotherapy on gastric cancer in older patients.Methods A total of 160 older patients with gastric cancer treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from January 2013 to January 2015.The patients were divided into the radiotherapy group and combination group,80 cases in each group.The radiotherapy group was treated with radiotherapy alone.The combination group was given radiotherapy plus omeprazole intravenously.The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP 9)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The expression of P53 protein was detected by scattering turbidimetry.The quality of life,therapeutic efficiency,incidence of adverse reactions and survival in the two groups were compared.Results In the combination group,the levels of VEGF,MMP 9 and P53 were reduced,the scores of quality of life were increased,the survival rate was increased at 3 years and 5 years after treatment,the overall response rate was increased,the incidence of adverse reactions was decreased,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole combined with radiotherapy might be effective in the treatment of gastric cancer and prolong the survival time of the patients.
