丁酸梭菌作为饲料添加剂在动物养殖与疾病防控中的应用进展 被引量:9

摘要 近年来,在探索抗生素养殖替代品的研究中,益生菌在动物生态养殖方面的开发研究受到人们的关注。在猪、鸡等重要经济动物的养殖临床试验中,饲料中添加丁酸梭菌能够起到调控动物肠道菌群、抗氧化、提高免疫力、促进动物个体增重等作用,并且该菌能够与乳酸杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌等其他益生菌发挥较好的协同促进作用。本文就丁酸梭菌作为饲料生态添加剂在目前动物养殖领域的应用做一综述,借鉴枯草芽孢杆菌等益生菌的开发经验,展望其研发趋势与市场开发前景,为该类益生菌未来的开发应用提供理论参考。 In recent years,in the active exploration of the trend of antibiotic breeding alternatives,more research and development has been directed to the development of probiotics in animal ecological farming.In the clinical trials of breeding of important economic animals such as pigs and chickens,the addition of Clostridium butyricum to the feed can regulate the intestinal flora,anti-oxidation,improve immunity,and promote the weight gain of animals.The bacteria can exert a synergistic promoting effect with other probiotic bacteria such as Lactobacilli and Bacillus subtilis.This article reviewed the application of Clostridium butyricum as a feed ecological additive in the current animal breeding field,and drew on the development experience of probiotics such as Bacillus subtilis,and looked forward to its future research and development trends and market development prospects for the future of such probiotics,provided a theoretical reference for development applications.
