摘要
目的:观察中医药治疗2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)轻型、普通型的临床疗效。方法:收集2020年2月5日至3月10日武汉地区8家方舱医院中,采用中医药治疗或中西医结合治疗的轻型、普通型COVID-19患者749例,分析重型/危重型转化率、住院(在舱)天数、核酸转阴天数、用药天数、临床症状改善情况及肺部CT影像学改善情况,并对中医组与中西医组的疗效进行比较。结果:中医组与中西医组重型/危重型转化率均为0,差异无统计学意义;中西医组住院(在舱)天数、核酸转阴天数、用药天数较中医组长(P<0.01,P<0.05);中西医组咯痰、咽痛、肌肉酸痛消失时间较中医组长(P<0.01,P<0.05);中医组肺部CT影像学改善情况优于中西医组(P<0.05)。结论:中医药能减少轻型、普通型COVID-19患者住院(在舱)天数、核酸转阴天数、用药天数、部分主要症状消失时间,有效改善肺部CT影像学结局。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of mild and common patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:A total of 749 mild and common COVID-19 patients hospitalized were collected at 8 Fangcang hospitals in Wuhan from February 5th to March 10th,2020.After treatment with TCM or integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine(TCM-WM),to analyze severe/critical conversion rate,hospital days(days in Fangcang hospitals),negative conversion time of virus nucleic acid,days of medication,clinical symptoms improvement and lung computed tomography(CT)imaging improvement,and compare the efficacy of the TCM group and the TCM-WM group.Results:The severe/critical conversion rate of the TCM group and the TCM-WM group was 0,and there was no significant difference.The hospital days(days in Fangcang hospitals),negative conversion time of virus nucleic acid,days of medication in the TCM-WM group were longer than those in the TCM group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The disappearance time of expectoration,pharyngodynia,muscle soreness in the TCM-WM group were longer than that in the TCM group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The lung CT imaging improvement in the TCM group was better than that in the TCM-WM group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TCM can reduce the hospital days,negative conversion time of virus nucleic acid,days of medication,some of main clinical symptom disappearance time for patients with mild and common COVID-19 and effectively improve the results of chest CT.
