优质护理模式在宫腔镜冷刀切除术治疗Ⅰ型黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者中的效果研究

The Effect of High-quality Nursing Mode in Patients with Type Ⅰ Submucosal Uterine Fibroids Treated by Hysteroscopic Cold Knife Resection

目的:分析优质护理模式在宫腔镜冷刀切除术治疗Ⅰ型黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者的效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年6月本院收治的接受宫腔镜冷刀切除术治疗的80例Ⅰ型黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同分为两组,对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组给予优质护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,随访3个月观察组宫腔粘连发生率低于对照组,观察组月经改善率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率95.0%(38/40),高于对照组的77.5%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对Ⅰ型黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者采用优质护理可减少术后并发症,降低宫腔粘连发生率,提高护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective:The effect of high-quality nursing mode in patients with type Ⅰ submucosal uterine fibroids treated by hysteroscopic cold knife resection.Method:A total of 80 patients with type Ⅰ submucous myoma who received hysteroscopic cold knife resection from June 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing mode,the observation group was given excellent nursing mode,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the incidence of intrauterine adhesions in the follow-up 3 months was lower than that in the control group,and the improvement rate of menstruation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.0% (38/40),which was higher than 77.5% (31/40) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing for type Ⅰ submucous myoma patients can reduce postoperative complications,reduce the incidence of intrauterine adhesions,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worth popularizing.
