摘要
以一种高承载助推分离机构为研究对象,通过建立1/4对称有限元模型,对分离机构承载强度进行计算分析,并采用流固耦合和显示动力学迭代算法,引入失效判据,对分离机构的分离功能和临界分离药量进行仿真分析。仿真分析结果与承载试验结果进行对比,吻合度较高,对比点最大应力相差仅0.8%,验证了仿真分析的有效性。
The booster separation device is used to connect and separate the booster and the core stage of launch vehicle, which is an important part of the separation system, and has high requirement of loading capacity and separation function. A high load-bearing booster separation device is taken as the research object. By establishing a 1/4 symmetrical finite element model, the bearing strength of the device is calculated. The fluid structure coupling and display dynamics iterative algorithm are used, and the failure criterion is introduced to simulate the separation characteristics and critical separation charge. The results of simulation analysis are compared with the results of load-bearing test, and the agreement is high(Difference on comparision point is only 0.8%).
