摘要
以智能化系统为载体,结构化产品库、精细化流程为基础支撑,提出了面向产品研制全流程的智能化管控方案。以基于产品型谱建立的通用产品信息库,以及基于九统一的通用产品管理体系为支撑,实施基于固化流程的“一键式”组批生产模式,具有实时数据获取、全产业链线上协同动态排产、自动风险计算预计等功能,实现产品全流程全要素的一站式管理。
Based on the carrier to intelligent system,the structured product library and refinement process,an intelligent management and control system for the whole process of product development is proposed.A general product information base is established based on product spectrum and general product management system support with nine articles,the"one-key"batch production mode based on the curing process is implemented,which has the functions of real-time data acquisition,online collaborative dynamic production scheduling on the whole industry line,automatic risk calculation and prediction,and realizes the one-stop management of the whole process and all elements of the product.
