复杂性输尿管上段结石输尿管镜、经皮肾镜治疗进展

Progress in the Treatment of Complex Upper Ureteral Calculi with Ureteroscope and Percutaneous Nephroscope

输尿管结石是临床上较为常见的一类导致泌尿系统梗阻性疾病,大多是肾结石在排出过程中,暂时受阻在输尿管的狭窄处所导致。输尿管结石通常伴有明显的症状,如肾绞痛、血尿,输尿管结石还常造成梗阻和肾积水,这些都需要急诊治疗。输尿管上段结石处理较为复杂,尤其是较大的结石,完全清除率较低,且术后容易复发。本文对近年来复杂性输尿管上段结石治疗方法进行了文献复习并做一简要综述,以期为临床复杂性输尿管上段结石的治疗提供一定的参考。

Ureteral calculi are a kind of common urinary obstruction diseases,most of which are caused by renal calculi temporarily blocked in the narrow ureter during the process of excretion.Ureteral calculi usually have obvious symptoms,such as renal colic,hematuria,ureteral calculi often cause obstruction and hydronephrosis,which need emergency treatment.The treatment of upper ureteral calculi is complicated,especially the larger ones.The complete removal rate is low,and it is easy to recur.In this paper,the treatment methods of complex upper ureteral calculi in recent years were reviewed and a brief review.
