摘要
面向汽车零部件生产企业水循环系统,按照水力驱动自清洗过滤器和水力控制阀的工作原理,确定了水力排污阀的设计目标,以水流经各种结构产生压差为依据,实施了水力排污阀压差计算,利用设计软件UG NX8.0进行了结构设计,明确了阀体及零部件材料及参数的选用,研发了一种由水力控制阀控制的水力排污阀,满足了全自动自清洗过滤器的工作需求。
Facing to the water cycle system of automobile parts manufacturing enterprises,combined with the working principle of the hydraulic driven self-cleaning filter and the hydraulic control valve, the design objective and the design principle of the hydraulic drain valve are determined. Based on the principle of pressure loss caused by the water flow, the design software UG is used NX8.0, a kind of hydraulic drain valve controlled by the hydraulic control valve is developed, and met the working requirements of the filter, with the advantages of reasonable structure and simple assembly.
