摘要
师范生是国家教育事业振兴的重要力量,具备良好的师德有助于提高师范生的职业素养,是确保新时代教师质量的动力源泉。针对当前师范生的职业认知偏差、职业理想不坚定、师德实践弱化、职业情感缺失等师德缺失问题进行原因探析。师德教育要紧扣新时代社会发展需求,通过强化价值引领、提升养成质量、促进知行合一、优化育人环境、融入劳动教育等发挥师德养成的示范、促进和引领作用,提升师德养成教育的实效性。
Normal college students are an important force for our national education. The good teachers’ ethics is helpful to improve the professional quality of normal college students and serves as the source of power to ensure the quality of teachers in the new era. This paper analyzes the reasons for the absence of professional ethics in normal college students, such as the deviation of professional cognition, unstable professional ideal, lack of professional emotion and weakening of moral practice. Teachers’ ethics education should be closely linked to the needs of social development in the new era. By strengthening value guidance, improving cultivation quality, promoting unity of knowledge and practice, optimizing education environment and integrating into labor education, teachers’ ethics education should play a demonstration, promotion and leading role so as to improve its effectiveness.
