基于时序差分法的输电线路故障智能诊断系统研究与应用

摘要 输电线路故障快速精确定位技术与故障类型辨识技术是有效提升输电线路运行可靠性的重要方法,但传统的站内故障测距装置存在定位精度较差、无法辨识故障类型等问题。文章提出基于分布式监测架构和时序差分法,建立输电系统智能诊断系统,有效实现了输电线路快速精确定位与故障类型辨识。系统包括挂载运行于线路上的分布式故障监测终端和中心主站,终端可采集故障时刻线路行波电流并将数据远传,中心主站根据全线故障录波数据综合分析计算并给出诊断结果。系统在全国多条输电线路上挂网运行,结果表明系统运行情况良好,能够准确辨识故障类型,故障定位精度小于200米。 Fast and accurate fault location technology and fault type identification technology for transmission line are important methods to effectively improve the reliability of transmission line operation.However,traditional fault location devices in the station have problems of poor positioning accuracy and failure to identify the type of fault.This paper proposes to establish an intelligent diagnosis system for the transmission system based on the distributed monitoring architecture and the time-series difference method,which effectively realizes the fast and accurate positioning of transmission lines and the identification of fault types.The system includes distributed fault monitoring terminals running on the line and a central master station.The terminals can collect the traveling wave current of the line at the time of the fault and transmit the data remotely.The central master station performs comprehensive analysis and calculation based on the fault recording data of the entire line and gives a diagnosis result.The system runs on multiple transmission lines across the country.The results show that the system is operating well and can accurately identify the type of fault.The fault location accuracy is less than 200 meters.
