医学院校食品科学与工程专业实践教学改革探索 被引量:2

摘要 实践教学是食品各个专业在整个教学过程以及人才培养中的重要环节,是连接食品学科与实际生产的重要桥梁。在实验课过程中,不仅能提高学生课堂的参与度,激发学生对该领域的创新创业的兴趣,还巩固了理论知识,做到理论与实践相结合。文章主要研究锦州医科大学食品科学与工程专业实践教学改革,针对目前的实践教学现状弊端的客观性分析以及实践教学内容缺乏创新性等问题,通过转变思想,加强实践教学改革;完善实践教学实验课、实习实训考核机制;加快实验室建设,结合实际生产,构建出与实践教学相结合的模式等方法的探究,培养出动手能力强、勇于创新、适应社会需求的应用型人才。 Practice teaching plays an important role in the whole teaching process and personnel training of various food major,and an important bridge linking food science and actual production.In the course of the experiment,it can not only improve students’participation in class,make students interest in innovation and entrepreneurship in this field,but also consolidate the theoretical knowledge and combine theory with practice.In this paper,mainly studies the practical teaching reform of food science and engineering in Jinzhou Medical University.According to the present situation of practical teaching objective analysis of disadvantage,and lack of innovation in practical teaching content,we should enhance the reform of practical teaching by changing our thinking.Perfecting the examination mechanism of practical teaching experiment course and practical training;Speeding up the construction of the laboratory and combining with the actual production,to build a model combined with practical teaching other methods of inquiry,to train strong practical ability and innovative,adapt to the social needs of application-oriented talents.
