摘要
近几十年随着科学技术的进步,尤其是在公共建筑中异型复杂钢网架越来越多.为研究现阶段异型复杂钢网架在施工过程中的难点,优化施工工艺流程,提高施工质量,通过多方案对比分析采取以下施工方法:将钢屋盖在地面错开钢柱位置分块拼装,然后利用若干个提升支架上的电动葫芦将屋盖整体提升到柱顶标高,最后再平移到设计位置.此方法减少高空作业,地面拼装能保证拼装精度,错位拼装又减少高空塞杆数量;既加快进度保证质量又节约成本,具有良好的经济效益和社会效应.
With the advancement of science and technology in recent decades,there are more and more special-shaped complex steel grids in public buildings.In order to study the difficulties of the special-shaped complex steel grid in the current construction process,optimize the construction process,and improve the construction quality,the following construction methods are adopted through the comparative analysis of mutiple schemes:the assembling of steel roof is on the ground and simultaneously staggers the steel column,then the electric hoist on several lifting brackets is used to lift the roof to the top of the column,fnally,translating it to the design position.Not only does this method reduce the highalitude operation,ensure the ground assembly precision,and decrease the number of plug rod in dislocation assembly;but also it can accelerate the process,ensure the quality,and save the cost,which possesses good economic benefits and social effects 。
