摘要
通过对山西省五个市2090名幼儿教师的从教动机进行调查,结果表明,总体上,幼儿教师的从教动机较强,且内部动机大于外部动机;男幼儿教师的从教动机强于女幼儿教师;农村公立园幼儿教师的从教动机最强,城市私立园第二,城市公立园次之,农村私立园最弱;教龄在4-9年的幼儿教师从教动机最强,教龄在0-3年的次之,教龄在10年以上的最弱。同时,研究发现,从教动机、教学信念、职业选择满意度之间呈正相关。提高幼儿教师的从教动机,最重要的是要提升幼儿教师的内在精神驱动力,夯实幼儿教师的专业知识与技能,健全幼儿教师的职后发展支持体系。
An investigation was made into the motivation of 2090 preschool teachers in five cities of Shanxi Province.The results show that the overall motivation of preschool teachers is stronger,and the internal motivation is greater than the external motivation.The motivation of male preschool teachers is stronger than that of female preschool teachers.Rural public kindergarten teachers have the strongest motivation;the city private kindergarten teachers rank second followed by the city public kindergarten teachers,and the rural private kindergarten teachers have the weakest motivation.Preschool teachers with 4-9 years of teaching experience have the strongest motivation followed by teachers with 0-3 years,and those with 10 years of teaching experience have the weakest motivation.Meanwhile,the study also finds a positive correlation between teaching motivation,teaching beliefs,and career choice satisfaction.To increase preschool teachers'teaching motivation,what is most important is to enhance the inner spiritual drive of preschool teachers,to consolidate the professional knowledge and skills of preschool teachers and to improve the on-the-job support system for preschool teachers.
