甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖对超重2型糖尿病患者的治疗效果

Therapeutic effect of Insulin Glargine combined with Acarbose on overweight type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖对超重2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的治疗效果。方法选取我院2016年8月~2019年8月收治的42例超重T2DM患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=21)和观察组(n=21)。对照组予以阿卡波糖+中效胰岛素治疗,观察组予以阿卡波糖+甘精胰岛素治疗。连续治疗2个月后,观察两组患者治疗总有效率、糖代谢相关指标变化、胰岛细胞功能及低血糖发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(95.24%)高于对照组(71.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h BG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-β)高于对照组,胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组低血糖发生率(4.76%)低于对照组(28.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对超重T2DM患者采用甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗临床效果显著,可有效控制血糖、改善胰岛细胞分泌功能、降低低血糖发生情况。

Objectives To explore the therapeutic effect of Insulin Glargine combined with Acarbose on patients with overweight type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 42 patients with overweight T2DM admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.The selected patients were divided into the control group(21 cases)and the observation group(21 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Acarbose+Medium-acting Insulin,and the observation group was treated with Acarbose+Insulin Glargine.After 2 months of continuous treatment,the total treatment efficiency,changes in glucose metabolism-related indexes,islet cell function,and hypoglycemia in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group(95.24%)was higher than that in the control group(71.42%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h BG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The insulin secretion index(HOMA-β)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group(4.76%)was lower than that in the control group(28.57%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For overweight T2DM patients,the clinical effect of Insulin Glargine combined with Acarbose is significant,which can effectively control blood sugar,improve islet cell secretion function,reduce hypoglycemia.
