Resource Utilization Technology of Tunnel Slag and Road Sill Slag

隧道洞渣和挖方路基石渣常常作为废渣丢弃,既占用土地资源又影响环境,合理利用隧道洞渣和挖方路基石渣是建设绿色工程的必然要求。通过在在建线路上布设碎石加工设备,应用二级破碎工艺,采用源头优选、晾晒石渣、建立质量管理系统等方法加强质量控制,用隧道洞渣和挖方路基石渣加工出满足工程建设要求的碎石,并成功应用于道路工程建设,实现了隧道洞渣和挖方路基石渣的资源化利用。研究表明,用隧道洞渣和挖方路基石渣加工碎石技术可行,将该项技术应用于道路工程建设可节约投资、减少占地、保护生态环境,总结的施工经验可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。

Tunnel slag and excavation road sill slag are often discarded as waste slag,which not only occupy land resources but also affect the environment.Rational use of tunnel slag and excavation road slag presents inevitable requirement for the green construction projects.Through the arrangement of gravel processing equipment on the line under con structio n,the applicatio n of secondary crushi ng tech no logy,the adoption of source optimizatio n,drying of stone slag,the establishment of quality management system and other methods to strengthen quality control,the use of tunnel slag and excavation road slag to process gravel that meets the requirements of the project construction.The successful application in road engineering construction,the resource utilization of tunnel slag and excavation road slag is realized.The research shows that it is feasible to use tunnel slag and road sill slag to process crushed stone.The applicati on of this tech no logy in road engi neering construction can save in vestme nt,reduce land occupation and protect ecological environment.The construction experience summarized can provide reference for other similar projects.
