摘要
为探究日粮中添加不同水平的酵母硒对肉鸡鸡肉中富硒水平的影响,本试验选用400只25周龄体况相近的建始景阳鸡,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复20只鸡。A组为对照组,饲喂产蛋期鸡基础日粮;B、C、D、E组分别在基础日粮中添加不同剂量的酵母硒,含量分别为0.2 mg/kg.0.5 mg/kg、0.8 mg/kg、1.2 mg/kg.预饲期为7 d,试验期为48d。结果表明,除B组外,其余3个试验组与对照组相比,鸡肉中硒含量均极显著提高(P<0.01);C组日粮中有机硒添加量0.5 mg/kg,能使鸡肉达到富硒标准(≥0.2 mg/kg)。由此得出结论,肉鸡日粮中添加酵母硒可提高肌肉中硒含量,且日粮中有机硒添加量达到0.5mg/kg,能使鸡肉达到富硒标准。
In order to explore the cfifer of adding difrent levels of yeast seleniumn on the seniumn-ennched level in broiler chickens.In this study,400 jianshi Jingyang chickens of 25 weeks old with similar bedy conditions were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups,with 4 repeats in each group and 20 chickens in each repeat.Chickens of group A were the control group and fed the basic diet of laying chickens.Chickens of groups B,C,D and E were fed with the basal diet added different doses of yeast selenium,0.2mg/kg.0.5mg/kg.0.8mg/kg.1.2mg/kg.The pre-feeding period is 7 days,and the test period is 48 days.The results showed that.compared with the control group A.the selenium content in the chickens of the group C.D.E were significantly increased(P<0.01).The added amount of organic selenium in the diet of group C was 0.5 mg/kg,which could make the chicken reach the standard of selenium enrichment(≥0.2mg/kg).Therefore,adding yeast selenium in the diet of broiler chickens can jincrease the sclenium content in the muscle,and adding organic selenium in the diet can reach 0.5mg/kg,which can make the chicken reach the standard of sclenium enrichnent.
