面点属于生活中不可缺少的食品种类,面点包括主食和各种点心,其中含有蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪、矿物质和水分等营养物质。根据面筋含量的高低,能够制作出各种各样的面点美食。本文主要分析了面点制作过程中面筋的处理措施。
