机器视觉检测技术及其在中药智能制药中的应用展望 被引量:10

摘要 机器视觉检测技术基于图像自动识别产品质量与生产过程状态,收集产品质量数据,并进一步实时反馈改进生产工艺,对于促进传统制造行业的智能化升级具有重要作用。中药制造业作为传统制造行业之一,亟需融合现代信息技术,如利用机器视觉检测技术,实现对于药材、饮片、成品的质量检测,生产过程的状态识别,以及生产车间现场管理,从而驱动中药生产的高质量发展。文章通过总结机器视觉检测技术在各领域中的应用情况及关键技术,从人、物料、生产状态和整体环境4个角度对机器视觉自动检测技术在中药智能制药中的应用作出展望。 Machine vision,which automatically recognizes product quality and the state of the production process based on images,and then improves production processes based on real-time quality data feedback,can play an important role in promoting the intelligent level of traditional manufacturing industries.In this respect,the manufacturing of traditional Chinese medicine urgently needs to integrate modern information technology,such as the machine vision technology,in order to have the quality inspection of raw materials,decoction pieces and final products,recognize the status of the production process,and achieve the on-site management of the production workshop,which further drives the development of traditional Chinese medicine production.This review summarizes the application and key technologies of machine vision technology in various fields,and prospects the application of machine vision in intelligent manufacturing of traditional Chinese medicine from the four perception perspectives of human,material,production status and environment.
