为实现成人教育培训教学方法的改革与创新,分析了成人教育培训教学管理模式对教学观念、教学评价体系和教学组织体系的影响,提出了成人教育培训教学方法的改革与创新思路,即改变教学方式、增加实践比重、教育要转向现代化、设置专门的网络学习辅导答疑教师、坚持以人为本的管理模式、实现信息化网络管理,达到成人教育的最终目的。

In order to achieve the reform and innovation of adult education training teaching method,the paper analyzes the influence of adult education training teaching method on teaching concept,teaching evaluation system and teaching organization system,proposes the thinking of reform and innovation of adult education training teaching method,i.e.transforming teaching method,increasing the weight of practice,transforming education to modernization,assigning special teachers to answer student’s questions online,adhering to the management model of people orientation and achieving informatization network management,to achieve the final goal of adult education.
