摘要
超声引导神经阻滞是当前临床麻醉与疼痛治疗中的一项新技术,越来越广泛地应用于临床中。作为临床教学中的一项重点和难点,超声引导神经阻滞的教学目前尚无统一标准。基于超声引导神经阻滞教学的多学科交叉、教学内容繁多、理论与实践并重等特点,本文应用模块化教学的方法,将超声引导神经阻滞教学中的理论知识、模拟培训、穿刺训练、临床实践等方面的教学内容进行系统的梳理及有效的结合,以求使初学者能够快速、全面的熟悉该项技术,并能扎实的掌握及应用该项技术的操作技巧。通过总结本方法经验,为进一步提高超声引导神经阻滞的教学水平提供思路与参考。
Ultrasound-guided nerve block is a new technology in anesthesiology and pain treatment,which is widely used in clinic.As a key and difficult point in clinical teaching,there is no standard for the teaching of ultrasound-guided nerve block.Based on the character of ultrasoundguided nerve block teaching,including multidisciplinary cross,amount of teaching contents and need combination theory and practice,modular teaching method was applied to combine the theoretical knowledge,simulated operation,puncturing training and clinical practice teaching to help beginners to quickly and fully familiar with the technology,and to grasp of the technology skills.By summarizing the experience of this teaching method,we provided ideas and references for further improving the teaching level of ultrasound-guided nerve block.
