黑龙江省大小兴安岭重点国有林区产业集聚的时空计量分析

Spatio-temporal Metrological Analysis of Industrial Agglomeration in Key State-owned Forest Areas of Daxing’an and Xiaoxing’an Mountains in Heilongjiang Province

以黑龙江省大小兴安岭重点国有林区林业产业为研究对象,以《中国林业统计年鉴》、《黑龙江年鉴》中研究区域范围内各地区2009—2018年林业产业总产值数据为基础,应用区位熵模型、行业集中度模型对黑龙江省大小兴安岭重点国有林区产业集聚水平进行测度;结合空间计量分析法中的莫兰指数,从时间、空间2个维度分析黑龙江省大小兴安岭重点国有林区产业集聚水平的时空分异特征。结果表明:2009—2018年,黑龙江省大小兴安岭重点国有林区内,大部分地区林业产业集聚化程度有提升的趋势,但产业集聚化程度仍然较低;各产业集聚性呈现出,由2014年及以前的行业集中度指数由大到小的“第三产业-第二产业-第一产业”集聚模式,向2015年及以后的行业集中度指数由大到小的“第二产业-第三产业-第一产业”集聚模式演替发展;研究区域内,大部分地区的林业产业集聚化程度呈现出逐年上升的趋势,且存在空间正向相关性,地理位置接近的地区彼此相互影响,存在“高-高”集聚区域、“低-低”集聚区域。总体看,黑龙江省大小兴安岭重点国有林区产业集聚性,在地理空间上呈现分布不均衡,在动态时间上呈现更替变化。

According to the forestry industry development in the key state-owned forest areas in Daxing’an and Xiaoxing’an Mountains in Heilongjiang Province, location entropy and industry concentration index, combined with Moran’s Index, were used to analyze the industrial agglomeration level of the key state-owned forest areas of Daxing’an and Xiaoxing’an Mountains from two dimensions: time and space. Most of the forestry industry agglomeration degree in the key state-owned forest areas of Daxing’an and Xiaoxing’an Mountains in Heilongjiang Province, had a good upward trend from 2009 to 2018, but the degree of forestry industrial agglomeration remained low. According to the ranking of industry concentration index from large to small, the agglomeration of various industries presented a succession development from the “tertiary industry-secondary industry-primary industry” agglomeration mode in 2014 and before to the “secondary industry-tertiary industry-primary industry” agglomeration mode in 2015 and after. The agglomeration degree of forestry industry in most areas within the scope of research showed an upward trend year by year, and there was a positive spatial correlation. Regions with close geographical locations affected each other, and there were “high-high” agglomeration areas and “low-low” agglomeration areas. Generally, the industrial agglomeration of the key state-owned forest areas in Daxing’an and Xiaoxing’an Mountains in Heilongjiang Province, were distributed unevenly in geographical space, and changed in dynamic time.
