摘要
党的十八届五中全会公报指出,建立更加公平的市场分配机制,缩小收入差距,提高就业质量,消除就业歧视应作为经济社会发展的优先目标。调查发现,女大学生就业过程中存在性别歧视、体貌歧视、待遇歧视、婚育歧视等现象,究其原因在于供求失衡、监管失位、观念失当。为此,我们要提高教育质量,改善就业环境,完善法律法规,强化就业监督,改变传统观念,促进就业平等措施,预防和消除女大学生就业歧视现象。
The communiqué of the party’s the fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee pointed out that adhere to establish a more equitable distribution of the market mechanism,to narrow the income gap,to improve the quality of employment,to eliminate employment discrimination should be priority targets of the economic and social development.We found that female college students’employment discrimination such as physical discrimination,discrimination and examination discrimination phenomenon exist in the process of treatment through our investigation,t,the imbalance of supply and demand,regulatory failure and improper ideas lead to this phenomenon.Therefore,we should improve the quality of education,improve the employment environment,perfect the laws and regulations,strengthen supervision of employment,change the traditional ideas and promote equal employment.
