基于Orbitrap GC-MS法的家具用涂料VOCs化学物种谱研究

Study on the Chemical Species Profile of VOCs in Furniture Coatings Using the Orbitrap GC-MS

采集不同家具制造厂的常用功能性涂料(油性漆、水性漆、固化剂、拼板胶和稀释剂)共41个样品,运用气相色谱四级杆静电场轨道阱质谱仪(Orbitrap GC-MS)检测了样品涂料释放VOCs的种类和成分,分析给出了家具用涂料释放VOCs的化学成分谱。结果表明:不同类型涂料释放VOCs化学物种谱不同,筛查的VOCs物种最多的为121种,最少的为26种;VOCs物种多的主要是由油性漆涂料和固化剂释放,稀释剂释放VOCs成分种类最少。采集样品涂料中释放VOCs的主要物质亦各不相同,同一类型涂料释放VOCs TOP9的成分差异不大,油性漆涂料释放VOCs主要是对二甲苯和乙苯等苯系物;水性漆涂料释放VOCs以苯系物、二丙二醇丁基醚等醚类和乙酸丁酯等酯类为主;固化剂释放VOCs以二甲苯、乙苯和甲酸乙烯酯等苯系物和酯类VOCs为主;拼板胶释放VOCs以二甲苯、乙酸酐和羟基丙酮等苯系物、酯类和酮类VOCs为主;稀释剂释放VOCs以二甲苯和乙苯等苯系物和酯类VOCs为主。所采集的样品中无论是哪一种涂料,均检测苯系物的成分,且油性漆中苯系物的成分和含量高于水性漆。

A total of 41 samples of common coatings(oil-based paints,water-based paints,curing agents,wood splice jointing adhesive and diluents)from different furniture manufacturers were collected,and the samples were detected by gas chromatography quadrupole electrostatic field orbit trap mass spectrometer(Orbitrap GC-MS).The types and components of VOCs released by coatings were analyzed,and the main chemical species profile of VOCs released by coatings for furniture were given.The results show that different types of paints have different VOCs release profiles.The number of VOCs species screened is 121 at maximum and 26 at minimum.Solvent-based paints and curing agents release the most VOCs,and the diluent releases the least VOCs.The main substances in VOCs released by the sample coatings are also different,while the composition of TOP 9 VOCs released by the same type of paint is not much different.VOCs released by oil-based paints are mainly benzene series such as p-xylene and ethylbenzene;VOCs released by water-based paints are mainly ethers such as benzene series,dipropylene glycol butyl ether and butyl acetate;the VOCs released by curing agents are mainly benzene series and ester VOCs such as xylene,ethylbenzene and vinyl formate;the VOCs released by wood splice jointing adhesives are mainly benzene series such as xylene,acetic anhydride and hydroxyacetone,ester and ketone VOCs;VOCs released by diluent are mainly benzene series such as xylene and ethylbenzene and ester VOCs.It should be noted that benzenes species were detected in all kind of paints samples.Moreover,composition and content of Aromatic compounds in solvent-based paints are higher than these in the water-based paints.
