摘要
针对运输机在井下作业过程中可能出现的各类机械故障,对带式输送机常见的皮带跑偏、减速机故障和托辊失效这三类主要故障类型的发生原因进行了分析,并根据发生原因提出针对性的优化措施,以提高带式输送机在生产运行中的设备稳定性。
In view of all kinds of mechanical faults that may occur in the underground operation of the conveyer, the causes of the three main fault types of belt deviation, reducer fault and idler failure are analyzed, and the targeted optimization measures are put forward according to the causes to improve the equipment stability of the belt conveyor in production and operation.
