摘要
以北京市某污水厂提标改造工程为例,针对污水厂进水水质波动范围较大、污染物浓度较高、占地受限等问题,采用多级AO+MBR处理工艺升级改造,其抗冲击负荷能力强、TN去除率高、占地少、污泥量小、处理效果稳定的优势弥补了传统污水处理工艺的不足,有效保证了出水水质稳定达到北京市《城镇污水处理厂水污染排放标准》(DB 11/890—2012)中B标准的要求,得出多级AO+MBR工艺在污水厂提标改造出水高标准范围内可推广与使用。
Taking the project of upgrading and reconstruction of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Beijing as an example,multilevel AO+MBR process is used to solve the problems such as wide fluctuation of water quality,high concentration of pollutants and limited land area.The process has advantages of high shock load resistance,high total nitrogen removal rate,low land area,low mud production,and stable treatment effect,which makes up for the deficiency of traditional wastewater treatment technology.The multilevel process effectively makes ensure that water quality of the effluent can meet the requirements of grade B standard in Beijing local standard Water Pollution Emission Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(DB 11/890—2012).It is concluded that multilevel AO+MBR process can be popularized and used within the range of high standards of water production in WWTP.
