温电针结合激光治疗Ramsay-Hunt综合征合并多神经受累1例

Warm Electrical Acupuncture Combined with Low-Level-Laser Therapy in the Treatment of Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome with Multiple Cranial Nerve Palsy for One Case

Ramsay-Hunt综合征合并多对颅神经受损为临床较少见且较难治的疾病。中医临床上将Ramsay-Hunt综合征多归于"面瘫"一类治疗,但对于其合并多颅神经损伤的中医临床指导性诊断及治疗报道较少。我们可以肯定的是,针灸治疗安全且疗效显著。本文通过对临床一例典型病例分析,对目前Ramsay-Hunt综合征的中医临床诊断及中医针灸治疗提出一些看法,希望可以引起重视以免误诊漏诊。

Ramsay-Hunt syndrome combined with multiple cranial nerve palsy is not common,and also one of the refractory disease.In TCM,this syndrome is always classified as facial paralysis.There are few reports on the guiding diagonosis and treatment of TCM clinic,but the effect of acupuncture on the nerve palsy is safe and convinced.In order to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,author reported this typical case and gave some personal opinions.
