摘要
为了解广东琼楠木材的干燥特性,制定科学合理的干燥基准,采用百度试验法对33 a生广东琼楠木材的干燥特性进行了研究,结果表明:广东琼楠木材干燥速度为4级,较慢;截面变形程度较轻,为2级;初期开裂也较严重,为4级;扭曲等级为2级;无内裂产生,为1级;广东琼楠木材的干燥条件为:初期温度50℃,干湿球温度差2~3℃,末期温度80℃,拟定33a生25~30 mm厚广东琼楠木材的干燥基准。在实际窑干生产中只需对拟定的干燥基准进行适当调整和优化便可得到适合于广东琼楠木材的窑干工艺,为广东琼楠木材的实木加工利用提供依据。
In order to draw up reasonable drying schedule for 33-year-old Beilschmiedia fordii wood,its drying characteristics were investigated based on the 100℃test method.Results showed that the drying speed of 33-year-old Beilschmiedia fordii wood was grade 4,relatively slow.The degree of cross-section deformation was light with grade 2;the initial checks were more serious with grade 4;the degree of twist deformation was grade 2;internal cracks were the most light with grade 1.Based on the defect level of 100℃test method and the drying condition corresponding to the drying defects,the initial and final drying temperatures of 33-year-old Beilschmiedia fordii were 50℃and 80℃and the temperature difference of dry-wet ball in initial drying stage was 2~3℃.Drying schedule reference of 33-year-old Beilschmiedia fordii wood with the thickness of 25~30 mm were drawn up.In the actual production of kiln drying,proper adjustment and optimization were needed to work out a suitable drying schedule for Beilschmiedia fordii wood.Scientific theoretical basis for improving the development and utilization of Beilschmiedia fordii wood was provided.
