党建机制创新视域下高职大学生就业“软实力”提升路径研究

Research on the Path of“Soft Power”Promotion of Higher Vocational College Students’Employment from the Perspective of Party Construction Mechanism Innovation

当前大学生就业压力较大,在校期间,除了获得各种技术证书以及各类荣誉奖励证书等提升自己的就业竞争实力外,还应当提高"软实力",即职业素养、沟通能力等能够适应社会发展需要和岗位需求的综合素质。为提升高职大学生就业的"软实力",以创新党建工作机制为视角,探索提升高职大学生就业"软实力"的具体路径与方法。探索"互联网+党建"模式,结合自媒体、"微时代"特点,创新高职学生思想政治教育模式;结合高职学生特点,构建"立交互通式"教育模式。

At present,the employment pressure of college students is great.In addition to obtaining all kinds of technical certificates and all kinds of honorary certificates,we should also improve our"soft power",that is,professional quality and communication ability,which can meet the needs of social development and post demand.In order to improve the"soft power"of higher vocational college students’employment,this paper explores the specific path and method to improve the"soft power"of Higher Vocational College Students’employment from the perspective of innovation of Party construction mechanism.We should explore the mode of"Internet+the party construction",innovate the ideological and political education mode of higher vocational students in combination with the characteristics of self media and"micro era",and construct the"interchange"education mode in combination with the characteristics of higher vocational students.
