汽车机械故障成因与维修处理方式分析

Analysis on the Causes of Automobile Mechanical Fault and its Maintenance Treatment

当前随着我国经济发展速度的显著提升,人们的生活方式以及出行方式都发生了相应的转变,相较于传统的出行方式,私家车能够极大程度满足人们对于出行要求,能够更加快捷、平稳地到达人们想去的地方。另外由于人们生活水平的提升,在汽车的选择上也较为丰富。在汽车的制作过程中,由于其各个组件和零件均由好几种物件组合而成,因此导致其制作过程比较复杂,一旦出现损坏,在维修上可能也会增加难度。同时对于汽车中的任何部件来说,都具有一定的使用年限,超出一段时间可能会导致设备的老化和故障[1]。如果车辆在行驶过程中出现损坏不仅会对乘客的出行质量产生一定的负面影响,甚至如果故障较大还会对患者的生命健康产生威胁,因此需要对汽车常见故障以及原因进行探讨,同时针对这些故障提出可行性的处理方式能够有效提升维修的水平,保障出行安全。本文主要基于汽车机械的角度论述其故障成因以及具体的维修处理方式,文章分为三部分,第一部分论述汽车维修行业的发展,第二部分论述产生故障的原因,第三部分论述相应的维修处理方式。

At present,with the significant improvement of China's economic development speed,people's lifestyle and travel mode have changed accordingly.Compared with the traditional way of travel,private cars can greatly meet people's travel requirements,and can reach the place people want to go more quickly and smoothly.In addition,due to the improvement of people's living standards,the choice of cars is relatively rich.In the manufacturing process of automobiles,each component and part is composed of several kinds of objects,which leads to the complexity of the manufacturing process.Once the damage occurs,the difficulty of maintenance may also increase.At the same time,every part of a car has a certain sendee life,which may lead to the aging and failure of the automobile.If damage appeared in the process of driving on the road,it will not only produce certain negative impact on the quality of passenger travel,and if the failure is serious also threaten to passengers’life.So the discussion of common failures and causes of the failures of automobiles is necessary.At the same time to put forward the feasibility for these failures can effectively enhance the level of maintenance and ensure the safety of travel.This paper mainly discusses the causes of faults and the specific ways of maintenance and treatment based on the perspective of automobile machinery.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part discusses the development of the automobile maintenance industry.The second part discusses the causes of failures,and the third part discusses corresponding ways of repair and maintenance.
