摘要
为促进煤矿井下变电所实现无人值守,基于某煤矿井下中央变电所运行现状,分析了其存在的主要问题,对其高压系统以及低压系统提出了一系列具体改造方案,并对其地面监控系统进行了改造。实际应用结果表明,经改造后的矿井主变电所实现了无人值守,不仅可为矿井节约大量的人力物力,而且可简化主变电所的操作,进一步提高矿井主变电所运行的安全性,稳定性,达到了为矿井降本增效的目的。
In order to promote unattended operation of underground substations in coal mines,the main problems existing in the underground substations of a coal mine were analyzed,a series of specific transformation plans for its high-voltage and low-voltage systems were proposed,and the ground monitoring system was modified.The actual application results show that the transformed main transformer substation is unattended,which not only saves a lot of manpower and material resources for the mine,but also simplifies the operation of the main transformer substation.Which improves the safety and stability of the main transformer substation operation,and achieves the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency for the mine.
