摘要
The centre of Micro/Nano Manufacturing Technology(MNMT)was developed and based at Tianjin University,China.Established in 2005,the aims of the centre are to be at the forefront of'frontier research'in basic theories and in dustrial applications in the field of micro and nano manufacturing.
