摘要
目的观察皂白散治疗足癣的临床疗效。方法纳入足癣患者共120例,按疾病分型分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组外用皂白散,对照组外用足光散,均1~2次/d,2周后观察疗效。结果水疱型及趾间糜烂型治愈率及有效率治疗组分别为75%、70%、100%、90%,对照组分别为15%、40%、85%、80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。讨论皂白散治疗水疱型及趾间糜烂型脚湿气疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得临床借鉴。
Objective In order to observe the therapeutic effects of Zaobai powder in the treatment of tinea pedis.Methods A total of 120 patients with tinea pedis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Zaobai powder and the control group was treated with Zuguang powder once or twice a day.The curative effects were observed after two weeks.Results The cure rates and effective rate of blister type and interphalangeal erosion type in the treatment group were 75%,70%,100%and 90%respectively,while those in the control group were 15%,40%,85%and 80%respectively.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Zaobai powder is effective in the treatment of tinea pedis of blister and interphalangeal erosion with no serious adverse reactions,so it is worthy of clinical application.
