Researh Progress of the Biological Activity of Corn Peptides

玉米作为中国传统种植作物之一,具有产量丰富、价格低廉且容易获得等特点。玉米蛋白中的玉米生物活性肽是一类可发挥多种功能和生物活性的特殊肽段。本文综述了近年来有关玉米生物活性肽的研究进展,重点介绍了玉米生物活性肽的抗氧化、抗高血压、保肝、抗癌等作用,并对玉米肽研究目前存在的问题以及未来发展方向进行展望。

As one of the traditional Chinese crops,corn has the characteristics of abundant yield,low price and easy availability.Corn bioactive peptides are a special type of peptides that can exert multiple functions and biological activities.This article summarized the research progress of corn bioactive peptides in recent years,and focused on the antioxidant,antihypertensive,liver-protective,and anti-cancer effects of corn bioactive peptides.Finally,the future development of corn peptides will be discussed.
