摘要
诸多文献揭示了大学扩招后的低质量课堂生产了诸多质量不高的毕业生,他们在劳动力市场中不具备竞争优势,从而被固化在较低的社会阶层上,使其从向上流动中冷却出局。从课堂观察发现:大学扩招后大额编班与大班上课稀释了教学质量,低挑战性的课堂体验、新生指导无针对性等构成了高等教育冷却功能的微观实践机制。冷却功能在销蚀中国人口结构中的有生力量,政策供给者、理论研究者及实践者应着眼于大学实践情境,将大学课堂作为高等教育治理的重点,用市场思维而不是计划思维解决微观层面的实践活动。
Many documents reveal that the low-quality classroom teaching after the expansion of university enrollment has produced many low-quality graduates who do not have a competitive advantage in the labor market,and thus are solidified in the lower social class,making them cool out of the upward mobility.Observations from classrooms has found that after the expansion of university enrollment,large-amount classes and large-scale classes have diluted the quality of teaching,and low-challenge classroom experience and untargeted guidance for freshmen constitute the micro practical mechanism of the cooling-out function of higher education.The cooling-out function is eroding the vitality of China's demographic structure.Policy providers,theoretical researchers,and practitioners should focus on the university practice situation,take university classrooms as the focus of higher education governance,and use market economy thinking instead of planned economy thinking to solve micro-level practice activity.
