摘要
目的:探讨综合护理对小儿支气管肺炎患儿治护依从性的影响。方法:将2019年1月至2019年12月期间肇庆市第二人民医院收治的82例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象。将这82例患儿分为reference组(n=41)和observation组(n=41)。对两组患儿均进行常规治疗。在此期间,对reference组患儿进行常规护理,对observation组患儿进行综合护理。然后,比较两组患儿的治护效果及其对治护的依从率。结果:治护后,与reference组患儿相比,observation组患儿对治护的总依从率和治护的总有效率均更高,P<0.05。结论:对支气管肺炎患儿进行综合护理的效果显著,可明显提高其对治护的依从性,促进其康复。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on the compliance of children with bronchopneumonias.Methods:Eighty-two children with bronchopneumonias admitted to Zhaoqing Second People’s Hospital from January to December 2019 were studied.These 82 children were divided into reference group(N=41)and Observation group(n=41).Both groups of children were given routine treatment.During this period,routine c are was given to the reference group and comprehensive care was given to the observation group.Then,the therapeutic effect and the compliance rate of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the reference group,the total compliance rate and total effective rate of observation group were higher after treatment and care than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing for children with bronchopneumonia is effective,which can obviously improve their compliance to treatment and care,and promote their rehabilitation.
