摘要
目的探讨基于《孝经》的“课程思政”在中职老年护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017级532名中职护理专业学生为试验组,2016级489名中职护理专业学生为对照组。试验组开展基于《孝经》的老年护理“课程思政”教学,对照组按照常规教学设计进行教学。课程结束后评价两组对老年人的态度、老年护理知识及老年照护从业意愿。结果在课程学习后,试验组对老年人的态度、老年护理知识均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组老年照护从业意愿比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于《孝经》的“课程思政”在中职老年护理教学中的应用效果良好,可实现知识传授与价值引领相结合的课程目标,有助于提升中职护理专业学生对老年人的态度。
Objective To explore the effects of applying Ideological and Political Theory Education based on the Book of Filial Piety in Geriatric Nursing in a secondary vocational school.Methods A total of 532 secondary vocational nursing students admitted in 2017 were assigned to the experimental group and another 489 students admitted in 2016 were assigned to the control group.Students in the experimental group received Ideological and Political Theory Education based on the Book of Filial Piety in Geriatric Nursing and students in the control group received the routine education.The scores of Kogan's Attitude Toward Older People Scale(KAOP),the knowledge of geriatric nursing and the intention of providing care to older adults were evaluated and compared when the course was finished.Results After the course was finished,the scores of KAOP and the knowledge of geriatric nursing in the experimental group were all better than those of students in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the intention of providing care to older adults(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of the Ideological and Political Theory Education based on the Book of Filial Piety in senior nursing teaching in secondary vocational school has a good effect.It can achieve the curriculum goal of combining knowledge teaching and value guidance,and help to improve the attitude of senior nursing students.
