摘要
目的了解大专护生自主学习能力现状及其影响因素,为制定提高护理大专护生的自主学习能力策略提供参考。方法便利选取某医学高等专科学校1008名大专护生,采用一般资料调查表、自主学习能力测评量表、评判性思维情感倾向测量表、一般自我效能感量表进行调查分析。采用多元逐步回归分析其自主学习能力影响因素。结果1008名大专护生自主学习能力总分为(107.44±12.01)分;多元逐步回归分析结果显示:年级、是否愿意终身从事护理专业、是否喜欢本专业、评判性思维自信心、求知欲、系统化能力、分析能力、思想开放、一般自我效能感总分9个因子进入回归方程(P<0.05),共解释总变异的50.7%。结论大专护生自主学习能力处于中等水平,且受年级、是否愿意终身从事护理专业、是否喜欢本专业、评判性思维自信心、求知欲、系统化能力、分析能力、思想开放、一般自我效能感因素影响,护理教育者通过有目的地引导大专护生,增强专业认同感,培养评判性思维,提升一般自我效能感,从而提高大专护生自主学习能力。
Objective To understand the current situation and analyze the influencing factors of autonomous learning ability of college nursing students,and to provide reference for improving autonomous learning ability of nursing students.Methods With convenient sampling,a total of 1,008 nursing students from a medical college were selected and surveyed by using self-learning ability scale,critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version and general self-efficacy scale.The influencing factors were analyzed by multiple linear stepwise regression.Results The total score of autonomous learning ability of nursing students was 107.44±12.01.Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that grade,willing to engage in nursing for life,passion for the major of nursing,self-confidence,truth-seeking,open-mindedness,analyticity,systematicity,and general self-efficacy entered the regression equation(P<0.05),explaining 50.7% of the total variation.Conclusion Autonomous learning ability of nursing students is at mediate level and is affected by various factors.Enhancement of professional identity,cultivation of critical thinking and promotion of general self-efficacy are beneficial to the improvement of autonomous learning ability.
