摘要
针对离散制造车间生产环境复杂、加工任务多变、生产异常频发等特点致使车间生产物流难以支撑产线优化运行与任务高效执行的问题,提出一种基于复杂网络理论的离散制造车间生产物流网络建模与性能分析方法。根据典型离散制造车间生产物流业务运行特点,构建一种以工位和存储单元为节点、物料流向为边的带时间窗的车间生产物流双权重有向网络模型;分析所构建模型的动态演化驱动因素和网络特征,研究车间生产物流网络的节点重要性、稳定性、自修复能力等性能指标,为离散制造车间生产物流业务的优化稳定运行提供理论支撑。以重庆某发动机箱体机加车间生产物流业务为实例,验证了所提方法的有效性和适用性。
In view of the discrete manufacturing workshop with the complex production environment,variable processing tasks and frequent occurrence of abnormal production,it is difficult for production logistics to support the optimal operation of production lines and the efficient execution of tasks.Based on complex network theory,a method of modeling and performance analysis for the discrete manufacturing workshop production logistics network was proposed.According to the operating characteristics of typical discrete manufacturing workshop production logistics system,a dual-weighted directed network model of production logistics system with time window was constructed,which took station and storage unit as nodes and material flow as edges.The dynamic evolution driving factors of the proposed model were analyzed.The performance indicators of production logistics network such as node importance,stability and self-repair ability were researched,which provided theoretical support for the optimization and stable operation of the discrete manufacturing workshop production logistics business.The effectiveness and applicability of the proposed method were verified by the production logistics business of engine cabinet machining shop in Chongqing.
