西部高校一流学科建设的动力机制与建构路径——基于对甘肃近代学科建设的考察

On the Dynamic Mechanism and Construction Path of the Construction of First-Class Disciplines in Western Universities——Based on the Investigation of the Modern Discipline Construction in Gansu

学科建设是高等教育内涵式发展的重要途径。本研究从历史的角度出发,回顾了近代甘肃高等教育医学、农学、兽医学、边疆语文系等学科的发展脉络,以上学科的建构主要来自对实践问题的关注,并由此形成了学科建设的动力机制。西部高校在新一轮一流学科建设中表现平平,突出表现在规模性发展不足和质量参差不齐。本研究结合近代甘肃学科建设的经验和新时期西部高校学科建设的实践经验,提出西部高校一流学科建设要从建立辩证统一的一流学科生态体系出发,增强学科理论与西部实践问题之间的耦合性、创新学科发展模式、加强筹资研究和丰富学科建设经费多元化等对策建议。

Discipline construction is an important way of connotative development of higher education.From a historical perspective,this study reviews the development of modern Gansu higher education medicine,agronomy,veterinary medicine,border language and other disciplines.The construction of the above disciplines mainly comes from the attention to practical issues,and thus formed the discipline construction.mechanical ma⁃chine.Western universities have performed mediocrely in the new round of first-class discipline construction,highlighting the lack of scale development and uneven quality.This study combines the experience of modern Gansu discipline construction with the practical experience of western colleges and universities in the new peri⁃od.It is proposed that the construction of first-class disciplines in western universities should establish a dialec⁃tic and unified first-order discipline ecosystem,and strengthen the coupling between discipline theory and west⁃ern practical issues Innovating the discipline development model,strengthening fund-raising research,and diver⁃sifying the funds for discipline construction and other countermeasures and suggestions.
