基于微信订阅号的扫地机器人远程监控系统设计 被引量:4

摘要 鉴于目前扫地机器人不能远程监控的难题,设计一套基于微信的远程监控系统,以满足人们远距离控制的需要。系统采用3层的控制模式,即上位机层、中间层和现场执行层。采用STC单片机为中央控制器,微信订阅号为远程监控软件,将Wi Fi、云服务器、传感器、以太网等技术有机地融合在一起。现场传感器能实时监测扫地机器人的前进、后退、定时、故障测距等信号,单片机将传感器实时检测的信号处理后,利用Wi Fi模块经以太网输送到云服务器。云服务器负责保存系统运行的各种数据,微信订阅号与云服务器相连,实现扫地机器人的远程监控。利用微信订阅号能快速二次开发监控软件,为扫地机器人物联网应用提供开发工具。实际运行结果表明,该系统能够实时远程监控扫地机器人的运行情况,达到了预期效果。 In view of the current problem that the sweeping robot cannot be remotely monitored,a WeChat based remote monitoring system is designed to meet the needs of people in remote control. The system adopts three layers architecture,namely the host computer layer,the middle layer and the field execution layer. STC single chip microcomputer is used as the central controller and WeChat subscription number as the remote monitoring software,which organically integrates Wi Fi,cloud server sensors,Ethernet and other technologies. The on-site sensor can monitor the forward,backward,timing,fault location and other signals of the sweeping robot in real time. The single chip microcomputer will process the signal detected by the sensor in real time,and then use the Wi Fi module to transmit to the cloud server via Ethernet.The cloud server is responsible for saving various data of the system operation,and the WeChat subscription number is connected with the cloud server,thereby realizing the remote monitoring of the sweeping robot. The WeChat subscription number can be used to quickly develop monitoring software for the second time,providing development tools for the sweeping robot internet of things application. The actual operation results show that the system can remotely monitor the operation of the sweeping robot in real time and achieve the expected results.
