动态脑电图与常规脑电图诊断病毒性脑炎的价值对比评价

Comparative evaluation of the value of ambulatory electroencephalogram and conventional electroencephalogram in diagnosis of viral encephalitis

目的:对比动态脑电图与常规脑电图诊断病毒性脑炎的价值。方法:2018年2月-2019年3月收治病毒性脑炎患者118例,依据不同诊断方法分为两组。A组采用常规脑电图检测,B组采用动态脑电图检测。比较两组检测异常率。结果:A组检测异常率高于B组,且轻度、中度及重度病情检测异常率均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:动态脑电图诊断病毒性脑炎,准确度更高。

Objective:To compare the value of ambulatory electroencephalogram and conventional electroencephalogram in diagnosis of viral encephalitis.Methods:From February 2018 to March 2019,118 cases of viral encephalitis were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different diagnostic methods.A group used conventional electroencephalogram to detect.B group used ambulatory electroencephalogram to detect.The abnormal rate of detection between the two groups was compared.Results:The abnormal rate of detection in A group was significantly higher than B group,the detection abnormal rate of mild,moderate and severe condition of patients in A group was higher than B group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambulatory electroencephalogramn in diagnosis of viral encephalitis is more accurate.
