以用户为中心的高校知识产权信息服务系统构建研究

Research on the Construction of User-centered University Intellectual Property Information Service System

[目的/意义]随着知识产权战略强国的实施,在国家政策的引导下,高校开设建设知识产权信息服务中心,高校知识产权信息服务系统则是承载该服务的平台。本文通过用户调研,构建以用户为中心的知识产权信息服务系统模型,为高校图书馆搭建符合用户需求的知识产权信息服务平台提供思路和启示。[方法/过程]通过理论分析结合具体实践,将用户分成三类群体:科研人员、科研管理人员和学生,通过问卷调研和用户访谈,分析他们对知识产权信息服务的需求,构建以知识产权信息服务资源、知识产权信息素养教育、知识产权信息服务为核心的系统模型。[结果/结论]以用户为中心的高校知识产权信息服务系统突出以用户为中心的核心理念,强调知识服务,注重系统的互动性和体验性。

[Purpose/significance]With the implementation of intellectual property strategy,under the guidance of national policies,colleges and universities set up and build intellectual property information service centers based on intellectual property information service system.Through user studies,this paper constructs a user-centered intellectual property information service system model,which provides ideas and inspiration for academic libraries to build intellectual property information service platforms.[Method/process]This paper divides users into three groups through theoretical analysis and practice:researchers,scientific research managers and students.By questionnaire survey and user interviews,this paper analyzes their needs for intellectual property information services,and builds the core system:intellectual property information service resources,intellectual property information literacy education,and intellectual property information services.[Results/conclusion]The user-centered intellectual property information service system in colleges and universities highlights the user-centered core concept,emphasizes knowledge service,and emphasizes the interactivity and experience of the system.
