摘要
目的探讨全息刮痧疗法配合耳尖穴点刺放血联合中医特色护理治疗眩晕痰瘀互结证的临床意义.方法选取2019年1月1日—2019年7月1日在大连市中医院院内一病房就诊的80例眩晕痰瘀互结证患者,均采取全息刮痧疗法配合耳尖穴点刺放血,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组40例采取常规护理,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用中医特色护理,比较2组患者的护理满意程度.结果试验组总满意度为95%,对照组总满意度为85%,试验组效果优于对照组.结论对眩晕痰瘀互结证的患者采取全息刮痧疗法配合耳尖穴点刺放血联合中医特色护理治疗,可以有效地提高护理质量,患者满意度大大提高,值得临床推广.
Objective To explore the clinical significance of holographic scraping therapy in conjunction with ear-tip point swift pricking blood therapy in combination with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in the treatment of vertigo syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis.Methods 80 cases of vertigo syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis patients who were treated in ward one of internal medicine of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2019 to July 1,2019 were selected.All patients were treated with holographic scraping therapy with ear-tip point swift pricking blood therapy.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.40 cases in the control group took routine care,and 40 cases in the experimental group used traditional Chinese medicine-specific care on the basis of the control group.The satisfaction of two groups of patients was compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 95%and 85%,the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of holographic scraping therapy with ear-tip point swift pricking blood therapy in combination with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing therapy can effectively improve the quality of nursing and satisfaction,and deserve clinical promotion.
