试析新医改背景下医院档案管理的改进方法探究

On the Improvement of Hospital Archives Management Under the Background of New Medical Reform

新医改作为近年来国家公布的关于深化医疗卫生体制改革的重要意见,主要包括了解决当前我国“看病难、看病贵”的问题以及逐渐建立起覆盖城乡的医疗卫生制度,为居民提供安全、方便、有效、廉价的医疗服务,最终实现医疗卫生体制的全面改革。但当前医院的档案管理工作的技术手段、工作设备与人员配备、管理理念等方面都不能完全满足医疗卫生体制改革的相关要求,必须以新医改为背景对医院档案管理工作的改革与创新保持充足的重视。本文即立足于现阶段医院档案管理工作的发展现状,对其改进工作的必要性、现存问题和有效改进方法等方面作出了简单的分析和探讨。

As an important opinion on deepening the reform of medical and health system published by the state in recent years,the new medical reform mainly includes solving the problem of"difficult and expensive medical treatment"and gradually establishing a medical and health system covering urban and rural areas,providing safe,convenient,effective and cheap medical services for residents,and finally realizing the comprehensive reform of medical and health system.However,the technical means,working equipment and personnel allocation,management concept and other aspects of the current hospital archives management can not fully meet the relevant requirements of the reform of the medical and health system.We must pay enough attention to the reform and innovation of the hospital archives management in the context of the new medical reform.Based on the current development of hospital archives management,this paper makes a simple analysis and discussion on the necessity,existing problems and effective improvement methods.
