小剂量利多卡因骶管麻醉联合两点扇形麻醉对痔手术患者麻醉效果的影响

Influence of Small-dose of Lidocaine for Candal Anesthesia Combined with Double-point Sectoral Anesthesia on Anesthesia Efficacy of Hemorrhoids

为探讨骶管麻醉与两点扇形联合麻醉对痔手术患者的麻醉效果,将70例痔手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组患者采用骶管麻醉,观察组患者采用骶管麻醉与两点扇形联合麻醉,观察比较2组患者麻醉效果、疼痛程度及术后不良反应等情况。结果显示,观察组患者感觉、运动阻滞维持时间均短于对照组(P <0.05),麻醉后观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者术后恶心呕吐、呼吸困难及尿潴留等不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,小剂量利多卡因骶管麻醉联合两点扇形麻醉可有效提高痔手术患者麻醉效果,减轻疼痛,且术后无明显不良反应。

This study was to investigate the anesthesia efficacy of small-dose of lidocaine for caudal anesthesia combined with double-point sectoral one on the anesthesia efficacy of the patients undergoing hemorrhoids surgery,70 hemorrhoids patients to be subject to surgery were randomly divided into control group(35 cases,adopted caudal anesthesia)and observation group(35 cases,caudal anesthesia combined with double-points sectoal one);then,compared both groups’ anesthesia efficacy,pain degree,and postoperative untoward reaction,etc.As results,in the lasting time for sensation block and motor block,in post-anesthesia score rating on pain,and in the incidence of postoperative untoward reaction such as nausea,vomiting,dyspnea and uroschesis,etc observation group was respectively shorter,lower,and lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that the combined anesthesia can effectively uplift the anesthesia efficacy of hemorrhoids surgery,reduce patients’ pain,and without significant untoward reaction.
