摘要 液压阀是控制液体流量、压力或方向的元件,是液压系统中不可或缺的重要部件,有必要对其进行充分的出厂试验。针对目前液压阀综合试验台的高性能需求,设计了一种集机电液于一体的液压阀综合试验台。该试验台采用模块化液压系统、水-油热交换温度控制系统、智能化电气控制及数据采集显示系统设计,具有安全性好、可靠性强、测试精度高、操作简便等诸多优点,能够满足同一试验台多项测试的目的。经验证,该试验台实现了行业标准要求的各项出厂性能试验,已达到液压阀性能测试要求,具有良好推广价值。 The hydraulic valve is a component that controls the flow,pressure or direction of the liquid.It is an indispensable part of the hydraulic system.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out a full factory test on it.In view of the high performance requirements of the current hydraulic valve comprehensive test bench,this paper designs a hydraulic valve comprehensive test bench integrating electromechanical and hydraulic.The test bench adopts modular hydraulic system,water-oil heat exchange temperature control system,intelligent electrical control system and data acquisition display system designs,which possesses many advantages such as good safety,high reliability,high test accuracy and easy operation.In addition,it can also meet the purpose of multiple tests on the same test bench.After verification,the test bench realizes various factory performance tests required by industry standards,and reaches the performance test requirements of hydraulic valves,which has highly value to popularize.
