一种车用高速开关阀电磁力影响因素研究 被引量:16

摘要 高速开关阀作为汽车电子稳定控制系统(ESC)中的核心部件,其电磁特性会对整体系统的运行质量与效率构成影响,针对其电磁特性进行深入研究。建立了高速开关阀的数学模型,包括机械模型和电磁场模型;搭建了电磁特性测试试验台;分析了电流、电压、温度等因素对电磁力的影响。结果表明:电磁力在一定范围内,随电流变化呈线性关系;随气隙和温度变化分别呈非线性关系;当气隙超过0.8 mm时,电磁力几乎不随气隙变化,呈现比例电磁铁的特性。 High-speed switch valve as automotive electronic stability control(ESC)of the core components,its electromagnetic properties related to the performance of the whole system,designed to improve the control precision of the high-speed on-off valve,for further study of its electromagnetic properties.Set the electromagnetic characteristics of test-bed;Established the mathematical model of the high-speed on-off valve pressurization valve,including mechanical model and the electromagnetic field model;Analysis of the current,voltage and temperature on the influence of electromagnetic force.The results show that the electromagnetic force within a certain range,has a linear relation with the current;Along with the air gap and the temperature change,respectively is nonlinear;When the air gap is more than 0.8 mm,electromagnetic force is hardly change with the air gap,the property of proportional electromagnetic valve is presented.
