摘要 目前国内绝大部分的民航生产经营单位已根据中国民用航空总局颁布的有关规定和咨询通告实施了安全管理体系(Safety Management System,SMS)建设,也初步建立了全面的安全管理体系效能评估的方法,然而如何使用现代科技手段,例如利用大数据和人工智能等,更加全面、准确、动态地掌握安全状态,实施针对性的安全管理,从而达到控制或降低安全风险至可接受安全水平的目的,该文对其可行性应用展开了初步的研究。 At present,the majority of civil aviation production and business entities in China have implemented the Safety Management System(SMS)in accordance with the relevant regulations and advisory circulars issued by the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China,and also initially established a comprehensive safety management system ef fectiveness evaluation.However,the method of how to use modern means of science and technology,such as the use of big data and the artificial intelligence and so on to set up SMS construction,and to grasp the safety status more comprehensive,accurate,and dynamically,also implement targeted safety management,so as to control or reduce the safety risk to an acceptable level of safety,the purpose of this article has launched the preliminary study of the feasibility of the application.
